What is your returns policy?
We are a very small enterprise. Defective software may be returned to us free of charge in exchange for a new copy. Please email us at support@shirreware.com for instructions. All other sales are final.
I am having a problem printing the notes directly from the application (Windows).
You could choose the Save option instead of Print and save the notes as a pdf file, which you may then print at your leisure. Alternatively, you could download and decompress the first revision (Extras tab) and replace your existing application file (The Four Questions.exe) with the new file.
